Durham City Vision (DCV) is an exciting project that will revitalise Durham City and have an effect on the lives of everyone that lives in, works in, or visits this beautiful and historic city.
We've developed the website to become more vibrant, more engaging and allow you to make comments on the things we're doing so that you can feel involved in the projects. On the site you can see details about all the projects - ongoing or proposed - and view them in a number of different ways, including the new interactive map that shows the size and scope of DCV in a striking visual display.
The new website also has an events section where you can see what activities DCV are planning over the next few months, and a news section that keeps you right up to date with the latest developments. If you have one of the latest browsers, or a news feed application, you can subscribe to the various RSS feeds so that you never miss an announcement.
If you're interested in being kept up to date, you can subscribe to receive the DCV e-newsletter, that delivers the latest news directly to your inbox.
If you've got a photo or video of Durham that you'd like to share, you can do this in 'The Library' a collection of documents and media files about DCV.
The website is under constant review and will be regularly updated. We're really keen to hear your views and read your comments. You can do this by using the Feedback Form on the 'Contact Us' page, or you can leave comments after each of the blog posts we upload (like this one you're reading now!)
Enjoy the site - it's yours.
